Here’s a list of things to be mindful of during the harvest moon.
Watch your tone:
The energy of any full moon magnifies the mood you’re in so if you happen to be feeling pessimistic or negative, keep that energy to yourself. Your words have more of an impact during a full moon than any other time. Be mindful of how you are coming across to avoid having to apologize later.
Trust your intuition:
With the full moon in intuitive Pisces your gut feelings are a lot more reliable this week. If you have a hunch about how to resolve a problem, repair a relationship, or build on your personal goals, follow the rabbit down the hole. At worse, you gain experience, at best you’ll see that trusting yourself is the safest bet. If you’re in alignment, that is… 👀👀
Practice Grounding rituals:
Harvesting is working with the ground. Reaping the rewards for what you’ve sown. As you bring in the rewards from your efforts, don’t forget to give back to source by spending some time in nature. I’d use this time to bury any soil safe crystals to draw in the energy from the soil. You can even gift a crystal to the earth as a show of gratitude.
A few ideas for utilizing the energy of the harvest moon:
- Take a spiritual bath.
- Review the intentions you set on the new moon.
- Meditate on how you can get closer to manifesting any intentions that haven’t born fruit, yet.
- Wear orange and show some skin.
- Observe the moon.
- Practice gratitude
- Have a glass of wine!
