This week, let’s manifest lightness.
Not grind. Not goals that feel like punishment. Not another tightrope walk between burnout and “becoming.” Just…lightness. Ease. Joy. The kind of energy that makes your shoulders drop and your soul exhale.
We take everything so seriously sometimes. Even manifesting.
I hear it all the time—people want to manifest money, career moves, better relationships, deeper discipline. And listen, that’s valid. Those things matter. But what about more opportunities to laugh until your stomach hurts? What about manifesting moments of silliness, spontaneity, and soft pleasure? What about fun?

I’m 38—turning 39 this year—and I can confidently say that I spent a good chunk of my life chasing someone else’s definition of “worthy.” I treated life like it was a competition I didn’t sign up for but felt obligated to win anyway. Hustling to earn gold stars from invisible judges. Working as if someone was keeping score. Living as if there was a prize at the end for how much I endured.
But you know what? I’m off that.
No one is handing out trophies for who suffered the most. There’s no cosmic award for perfect productivity. And last time I checked, we are literally floating on a rock in space. A rock. In space. And we’re stressed about performance reviews, unpaid invoices, and impressing people who don’t even know how to be happy themselves?
Absolutely not!

I believe our truest purpose is to enjoy this life—to experience it fully and deliciously. To laugh often. To rest deeply. To play, love, explore, and create. And yes, to manifest from that place of aliveness. Because the most powerful manifestations don’t come from scarcity—they come from expansion. From curiosity. From play.
So this week, I want to invite you to set an intention that feels like a flirtation with life.
Say this with me: “I am a magnet for ease, creativity, and joyful opportunities. I don’t have to hustle for what’s mine. I attract it through being fully, freely myself.”
Now, set a fun intention.
Not a heavy one.
Not a “prove something to the world” kind of goal.
Something playful.
Maybe you’ll wear a bold lip color or high heels just because. Maybe you’ll say yes to something spontaneous. Maybe you’ll dance in your kitchen to an old Beyoncé track like you’re headlining the Renaissance tour. Maybe you’ll pitch an idea, not because it’s strategic, but because it lights you up.
When you’re in play, your energy is magnetic. Your aura expands. Your heart becomes a portal. And when your heart is open, the Universe plays back.
Let joy lead this week.
Let curiosity write your schedule.
Let your inner child pick the outfit.
What’s one light, spontaneous, or delightfully unserious thing you can do this week—not to impress anyone, not to prove anything—but just to feel more like you?
